so this is my latest try on pen tool.i can't do this anymore,i couldnt finish the eye,i dint know where to start on the shading and the layers where messed up i was lost and i hated the girl, and its damn pretty.I'll have to take a small brake on doing some sigs and then i'll try again.
Special thanks to excellence and Ion.

Good try man. Getting the shading right with vectors isn't to be taken for granted. Maybe it'd be easier to place a picture as a layer and vector that, to get some practice and get used to the shading?
Btw, you posted this in sigs =D

This is a nice base. I would use this and follow some tuts to finish it.

Shading is not an easy thing to do with vectoring. You've gotta do it all manually, it's not really something a tut can teach you. You just have to play with the colors. Something I've done, which you could try is use some low opacity gradient filled layers. Just use a black gradient overlay that fades to transparent, set your layers fill to 0%, and play with the opacity from there. Either that, or just use solid shadows, but you're just gonna have to play with the coloring of that on your own if you so choose.
It's a really good start, I'd definitely finish it if I were you. Love the BG, and your colors overall. Very good work.

ok this one is better than your last one!, however you still need to work on your shading! this is a step up, but again its only getting there....i would avoid trying to use lines in your shading such as in your nose, ear, and eye
the shading at the bottom on the face where the neck is, is slightly miss shaped, you have it too far up!
dont stop! keep going! your improving, and if your enjoying this, then you should get into this!
In all deepest reality, we may only imagine the days past us, knowing that anything and all happens; and time will never be written until the happening... The future is 'eXcellence'.
