should try adding some effects towards it and the light source seems dull IMO

I like it, you've got good shapes going on, I would keep them solid however, the transparency looks reallyawkward. If you want to keep them from grabbing too much attention, keep the colors a little darker/desaturated (just a little) instead of lowering the transparency, solid shapes are generally more pleasing to the eye, I find.

The other thing I'd work on is your flow, from the top right, it starts going to the bottom left, but then veers off with that pink shape. I think maybe you could just rotate it, or have some more shapes and 2D elements, or maybe some text, going that way too.

Pretty tight though, with some tweaks it'd be bomb. =]
