First one 7/10,
Things seem a bit random,
Second one 8/10, the colours seem a bit off.

1. 5 decent effects lighting is alright. text could use some work.
2. 7 better ligthing is good here.
3. 5 This is just a mess im and chaotic. The text could use work.
Overall you know what youre doing when it comes to lighting.

I like the effects of the first one, the blur seems to be correct as does the lighting, If it was me i would want a tad more colour, but thats just preferance, nice work. 
Second one i like the effects, the smudging down towards her hair is very nice to me Again, i would add more colour, but for these styles of sigs it works well, So nice job on both.
