Its a huge point in printing as its Dots per inch its about the quality of the image printed as in if you set the dpi to 350 when creating the business card the image will be like 30 times bigger then the actual image which will give you great quality when printed as if you putted the dpi to like 10 it means the pixels will have to be exlarged into the size giving you strached pixels when printed... its hard to explain as i just started geting the whole dpi and print work which is complete different from digital work...
