Agrd with Joey. I do like the depth, and you could prolly spruce it up by using a light pressure blur tool on his back shoulder so it looks the blur is coming up to his most forefront. And the text, just maybe move to a diffrent place, or lighten (liner dodge/lighten/opacity-fill) to try and combat it from pulling away from the focal.

But still give it 8/10, good job
