Sig is ok.
what ruins it is the text and sig together. The text is super sharp and the signature is blurred for the most part. you should probably just sharpen his face.

'one of my favorites in all ive THAN.'
Seriously? Nice spelling.
@sig, border sucks. I dont see any flow. Too messy. Text sucks

i don't like the blue and red you used for brushes / text / border
change the colours to fit with the render
i like the backgroung you chose , it gives it a nice cartoony feel
the sig is ok

Stop acting like a smartass and making fun of him. English obviously isn't his first language and your criticism was bad too. You don't just say 'it sucks', you're suppose to support your feedback.
If you're just going to be rude, then don't post like that.
Anyways, I like the color scheme you were going for, but it all seems a bit off place.
Red and blue, that looks like what you were going for, but the blue you chose doesn't really match Superman.
Try to improve on your colors, something that is a big priority when it comes to making signatures.
Also, the border could go, other color border except black and white, usually don't look good, in this case, it doesn't.
Sharpen the focal, work on your colors, remove the text and try some new techniques.
Ex: For the splatters, some clipping masks would be nice.

Your text is probably the biggest problem, it doesn't match. Try applying your whole image (new layer, then Image -> Apply Image) and clipping that to your text and move the image around. It can really help if you're having trouble getting your text to look right. You could also try the same thing with your splatters.
You also could have just eyedropped colours from your render, the reds and blues you used are too vibrant.
And to sharpen your focal, apply your image and use a sharpen filter on it, then erase everywhere but your render. It can really help the render to stand out more.
Good job with adding a light source, keep it up. :]
