From a 1st glance at this I would say the saturation or contrast is too high. If this occurred after using adjustment layers, I would suggest going back and lowering the strengths. But since it's only in the blue and purplish areas, I would have to guess they're from c4d effects layers set to either color dodge or linear dodge. Just a wild guess... If that is indeed the case try lowering the opacity anywhere from 40-80% on those layers. Or maybe it's an applied image layer with a blending change...only guesses ofcourse.

But I would work on blending the focal and effects together regardless. Maybe have some of the effects overlap your main focal. And maybe smudging the render out more on 2 or 3 render copy layers with each at different blending options and opacity settings.
