It's cos topaz isn't meant to be used as an effect. Only to tweek images to give them a little extra pop. As a norm the over use of Topaz will remove all texture from the signature and more often than not will make the image look flat.

OT. Love Mike Shinoda ^^
However not a huge fan of this. Your effects are a little lacking. It looks like the render is just ontop of a couple of a couple of C4Ds. This may be cos of an over use of Topaz that's removed some more of the detail but at the moments it does look like a render ontop of a C4D with another in foreground. Think that you've made it too bright on the bottom of the tag as well and as I like the black borders contrast against the lighter colour, the bright white kinda pulls away from the rest of it. Looks like that's where you've tried to make your Light Source but from the look of the render it needs to come from something around the 11 O'clock position with more shadow than light on the right side.

What I would do from here is remove the topaz that's over the render. Either do it completely or removed it lightly with a mask and a black brush set to something like 30% Opacity and just brush over it to bring back quite a bit of that detail. Then I'd bring down the Brightness you've created at the chest, do a new layer with a soft white brush light source then do a Duplicate Layer and Filter>Render>Lighting Effect to give a little bit more lighting and feel to this. That's just me though so you take any of my advice or leave it all as you want to ^^
