FHS is indeed Floating Head Syndrome. Floating Head Syndrome = just a head with no neck or shoulders in the tag where the head looks like its floating above nothing. A tag where you use just the face from top to bottom isn't FHS.

I like the effects but not so sure about the txt or writing in the glasses. I like the writing in the glasses as an effect though id probably try find a way to dim it if it's part of the stock or id lower the opacity if not. Also looks a wee bit too big to me
