bit ott imo, i think you went over the top with the c4d try removing some from her face also try colour correct it so the hair and the red on the c4ds match
too much c4d usage. :P because of that you forget to execute flow. v2 is much better but neither the two tags looks too empty. Adding sum dynamic lighting too it from diff area's to make that tag not too boring.
