It's a big improvement on the previous. Still some things to work on but over all it is much better.

I could still see some areas around the mouth that weren't quite aligned right. The teeth, and were the tongue meets the inner cheek. The thing around it's neck could probably use a little more definition, as it stands the one highlight? seems out of place with out some more, and some shapes need to be cleaned up a bit.
