The Samurai - A ninja's antagonist
Tobi/madara - The entire fucking Naruto world's antagonist
Gary - motherfcking Ash from Pokemon's antagonist

I don't know the others but I am pretty sure they are antagonists of something too. And if you were trying to say that they (number 9) was the only one who followed the theme because it was sun - moon, then you are heavily mistaken as the theme did not include anything about protagonists
