looks like splatters,,,maybe clippingmasked some c4d´s and payed with adjusments?

the shadow looks very realistic

you can do alot with burn and dodge , or create shadow with soft brushes, if those effects are clipped c4d´s the shadow could have already been there, I like those effects alot

Seen liquid and tay x use something very similar to it.

It is kinda easy, try finding milk splatters stocks on google,
than ad it in ps and add a colorfilter to it set it on green 100% and u should get a samiliar effect..
