i disagree on the colours. the colours blend perfectly with the tag.
nice blending ang good depth. keep the text simple and use simple fonts for this tag. put somr gradient on it and it will be cool. bluntly i dont like saying that text sucks or what so ever. effects are cool.
there is one thing i will suggest that is the light source. if you see her face, the light is coming from a different angle. tweak that and it will be perfect
overall a very nice and appealing tag
