You are the only person who can make this happen. I have already had to contact 2 websites about my own art, and they have since taken them down, so it is possible.
^ That is terrible, its like go F**K off and make your own shit.

The only thing Necro will be able to sue for is the loss of sales but judging from the site there probably won't be many sales to begin with. Even then a good lawyer will be able to argue that Necro wasn't making a profit in the first place and that he freely distributed the PSD through deviantART so the site should not have to payout since technically Necro is somewhat allowing his piece to be modified for personal use.
That's why he should contact the site and then PayPal and request them not to allow the sale of his art since it's against his wishes. Companies and Lawyers will do anything to avoid payouts.

You'd be surprised to know how many people/businesses on the web steal other artists work.. I remember when I first started in graphics.. Eh, around age 14 or 15, I believe the company Neopets was just getting started online.. As crappy as the creation I made was, they took it and used it for promotions on their website.. I emailed them, told them who I was and threatened to "take action" (couldn't really 'cause I was underage, but they didn't know that.. ). They took it down within that week..
