Format and reinstall all your stuff. It's a common bug with this this templates.

Like I say it's a common bug related to windows' auto updates. It blocks chatbox since it sees cb as a thread or sumthing.

No. You need to reinstall your os. You can't even use backup. Since it deletes and makes a new backup point after that update.
