Hmm... I would say 5.

Those things that bother me is the white brightness and the horizontal lines you have across the dig at the top and bottom.
Make it darker by adjusting the brightness and contrast, and get rid of those lines. Might be due to the smoke also, try making it darker to get a better atmosphere, especially there parts over his face.

Other then that it looks good, I like the text B-)
