Nice tag you have there, the biggest problem here is the dark tones you've mainly used. Your darker tones of magenta and blue are too overpowering, so there is no 'wow' factor to this tag. Try to brighten certain areas up and possibly add a few effects.

The text seems okay but I don't like the character you've placed on the side of it and how the subtext that I believe is meant to unreadable is of only one color.

It has potential, it just lacks in the effects and depth department.
