use of bokehs is pretty cool, a stronger lightning would make this a lot better tho
i dont like the stuff n her hair, i dont know what it is, looks like smudge or something like that. try to fix it.
some more sparkles would add to the atmosphere of the tag, dont overdo it tho cuz it wil llook like shit.
that thing at the right looks bad, im not sure what it is but i would remove it. maybe have a c4d there for depth, up to u.
one last thing, careful with the placement of ur render, the composition gets fcked up, it looks kind of empty at the left for example if it wasnt for those 2 lightning thingies

First thing is too quickly clean up her face (sussss haha)
On the c4d it looks really pixelated and lq. Looks sorta like you smudge it. Not liking that look and would advise against it.
Bokeh on the right looks nice and adds to a nice atmosphere but maybe a few more (not too many) will look nice as well as a few light sparkles (as Ishamz said)
However I'm not liking those little very bright lights. Don't think they fit tbh
The last thing from me is the colouring. Looks very saturated and some adjustment layers may need to be used to get a more pleasant look
