Stroke and drop shadow on text is a no no, bad boy!
Adding a gradient map/photo filter on a stock and call it a tag is just lazy and wrong.
You need to work on it more.

I'll try the text out but, examine the whole thing, and compare to the stock.I'll throw in the PSD too.

Lol it took me so long to make this sig and the way you describe it makes me kinda sad.

You have a big line going through it, I assume from the c4d? And I see dots and more clouds added, am i correct?
Its OK overall, but kinda bland

Just gave my honest opinion, I can see the clouds you've added now. I apologize if you took it the wrong way.
But yeah, needs more details and go easy on the blurring. Try to do some harder smudge on the clouds and add some noise (c4d bubbles for example) to the foreground to give it flow. And you need to work on your colors and adjustments to really get a nice outcome, a grad map isn't enough (no access to a comp atm so can't check your PSD, pardon me if I'm wrong). Go explore the adjustment layers panel

Washed out, I can't express how many times I've given you advice and told you different things yet you never actually do anything with anyones advice. Drop the washed out look.
