For some reason it took me a while to realize what was going on. The text really takes away from the your main focal and creates it's own focal. The render is over blended and has no real flow to it. Keep working on those.

I actually really like this. Only things that need work are the render needs to pop more and the text needs to pop less. Go with a gray for the text and lighten up the render.
