I don't really know what I was doing with this one. I wanted to make it full smudge, but then I realized I fucked up. So I decided to screw around a bit and experiment, then just added a render thinking it be horrible and ended up making something half decent.

I like the color. I am a little confused as to what I am looking at though.

Um well yeah, as I said I didn't really know either when making it. In the end it's meant to be like you're an other diver or are in a submarine looking at the other guy in the water, hence the 'border'. The smudge could then be seen as sea-weed or something.

Looks more spacey, than underwater too me I think you should add some starry fx or something

Seems too empty, so it lacks compo. Try to define your foreground more, lighting is a nice touch to the piece but nothing really compliments the red from the helmet.
