I would take the tech brushing away from the top one though (located @ bottom left corner). It has no significance and d... wait, is that an OB I see?

It looks like an '08' in bitmap form.

Anyway, the brushing there could blend in a bit more with the color, let the OB/08 show up more than the foreground brushing (aka tech).
