actually.... when i am here on the void...... I always do some amount of cnc...... it's most off the time in a building up kind off form... positive... although every now and then some sigs are so against my liking that i can't resist a snotty remark ..... lol....

IMO :
I think u could make new cnc group instead of old one. It wasnt comple, people there didnt do much or so, they just had fancy colour on theyr name.
For A Real cnc group should be some rules and casting i guess? Like first time, mods could pick random people, and they could have rules like :
1. every cnc thread needs to have atleast 2 members Cnc posts, so people always would get normal feedback they could use to improve.
2. People could ask any of Cnc group members who are online cnc asap as they are online and its theyr job.
3. Every month best Cnc'er would get a medal designed like, by Rad if he agrees, so it would be nice goal to reach, but also
Worst worker would get kicked out from the group,or warned in first.
4.cnc group should give links to cnc of tuts we have to people, so they can improve the style they want, and wont need to use 10h to find tut they like..

Rules can go on , and Mods could make theyr own, this is just my opinion.. As i see it, the pluss of this would be.
1. People having theyr fancy colour.
2. Mods having people who answer always to keep the forum active and clean aswell, as giving faster replys if there is some spam on site.
3. Staff could have these "little helpers", and with BIG RULES, there will be not so much people who will want this ,just of the colour, but the ones who really want the job, will work hard for it - also keeping this forum active active active!
and so on....
