Well as you see below I've manipulated my smelly brother into a mutated zombie vampire thing... Well I used my good friend image shack this time so hopefully that wont cause any problems... I used mainly the liquify tool & the eye was fun to make...

looks good, i think the blood could be a bit more blended with the skin though.
