It's nice and basic. Cool rain effect but the border is a little odd and the scan lines probably should not go over them. The text it a tad too what, nice font though (base 2)

As Twan here said, that border is a little bit odd, it doesn't fit that well.
But the bg has a nice effect to it, it's clean, that's good. 7.2/10

lol, I dont know..I just didnt know what to do when I started at the corner, then I just kept adding height, I didnt bother changing it, I'll fix up the sig, maybe I'll give it a diff border.
