Like the title says, it's a fractal.

It just looks too plain for me, but the fractal part looks nice. Try adding more contrast or other details. 7/10

That looks like a programme called apophysis to me.. oh well, nice sig, some of the lines don't look to neat, a bit blurred. And it's too plain for quite a big sig, change the size to 350x100 or 350x80 and it'll look more 'exciting'
