In some ways yes, he used the great recession during the Weimarer republic to focus all power on himself, but in military purposes not (Operation Barbarossa, etc), he was never promoted during WW I cause of his incompetence to lead people. Also he was classified by a german military surgeon as psychotic.
Hitler did extremely well at primary school and it appeared he had a bright academic future in front of him.
wrong. he was moderate pupil and also a very lazy.
