Car Accident

This was a pretty horrible day for me to tell you the truth. I woke up with less than 5 hours of sleep - and I had a full day of work. So I make my usual trip to the local White Hen to get my energy drink. Its goin' good, I get it, and I jump in my car because i'm late.

As I get in my car I notice a semi-trunk is going behind it so I wait till its necessary and I assume it goes around the back of the building. I have to cut my car a hard left (while reversing), and I feel a knock - almost like I hit a curb or something. I get out and guess what - I didnt hit a curb - I hit the steel bumper of a semi!

I have a crack on my bumper about 1 inch thick, and I need a new trunk 'hatch' entirely. What a damn mess... i'm very disipointed in myself that something like this could have happened. Normally i'm a pretty safe driver (atleast recently because of the speeding tickets), but this just sucks. Oh well!

Gosh, that sucks man. At least it wasnt that bad, didnt get hurt or anything i trust. Well, hope the rest ofyour day is good.

what a pain... nothing like experiance to teach what not to do and how to be more careful!

God knows how many things i hit that i hadn't thought of or thougt were okay... and even after 15 years of driving i still come across situations that i aint experainced... such is life

are you comprehensivly insured?

I'm not insured on my car at all, even if I was my dedectable is 1,000$ and I allready got a hold of a new hood for 150 . Install 50 psh down two hundred! Not even half a paycheck!

But its still wasted money -_-.

could have been worse...2 of the people from where i work got in an accident...1 today...

One was major and she almost didnt live..

I only play 80US a month, for a red bimmer that isnt too bad at all. It could have been really bad, i'm happy that I made it out safe and it wasnt on the road for that matter.

Just kinda a crappy situation.

I dont, when people ask me in the 'real world' I just say I was hit, lol.
