The grass is very nice, sky needs to have gradient, blue to white blue at top white at bottom, not totally white but a lighter shade of blue.
Her cheeks need improving aswell, look like she has dents in her face. Just alter the tones and that'll be fine
If you hate shorts, give her cut-off pants, that are like long shorts.
Her clothes are a bit jaged aswell as her hair but I think that is the theme your going for here. Her hair line needs a lot of work in the middle, it needs smoothening slightly.
One cloud, on the bottom left side of sky looks stretched, duplicate another cloud to replace it, make the back clouds smaller to give perspective. Sun could be made a bit smaller and added a gradient possibly, a radial gradient dark orange to yellow.
The ideal font to use in this would be Advance, its probablly on dafont.com. Make the font smaller aswell.
Overall its a great piece, just a lot of minor tweaks need to be made, then it'll be a better piece again, if you want any more advice or you want me to have a go then PM me.
