Hmm : Sig #1 , the animated bar is too bgi i think, but the effects on it are okay. Also the background doesn't seem to clean. Quite crffuffled... ( i couldn't think of the word S )

Sig #2 : I like this one more , the text effects are oka.. but not alot is going on and text placement & sizes could be better.
