Hey, I'm wondering if there are any Final Fantasy Fans out here?

I just finished my first FF game it rocked, was called Final Fantasy X.

This is all time favorite game :-) Good graphics, best story, nice gameplay, and a really long game ^^;

What'syour guys favorite FF game? B)

FF8 easily. I've played many of them, and FF8 was simply the best.

Yea I heard FFVII was the best FF game ever, from a whole lot of people ^^;
Also, I heard on IGN.com in FF forum, FFVII may be banned from stores.. -.-;

BTW Red, how come you like FFVIII? Your like the first person I know that likes that game the most :P

i have all of the final fantasy games including soundtracks aswell as extras also i can't wait they have about 4-5 games lined up ff:ac ff12, just to name a few FF7 is definately the best and just to mention i am playing it right now i am on the thrid disc and my highest level is 51 which is shit but to get so far with it is awesome..!!!! i love all final fantasys and i'm addicted i'm going to top rambling but ffX is alright one of the best :P

I have no idea why so many people liked FF7 the best... I really don't. At the time, the graphics in FF8 were amazingly ahead of anything else, you actually got into the storyline, unlike a lot of their other games, and the whole game was "new" and "different". The junction system along with the summons was brilliant, and the entire game took place in a world that was far from being the traditional fantasy world.

well for 7 being out in 97 at around the birth of the ps1 was amazing because it was the biggest final fantasy after 6 which i think made 7 the best sequel not to mention the amazing storyline and the materia system wasn't so complicated now and i just think it's better than 8 in some points but i don't think that the graphics should matter in such a superb game imo for the time of ff7 it made it the best and compared to ff8 the storyline makes up for the lack of graphics of the time in ff7 so for it's time the best game ever!!! -shakes fist- :lol: :P

I've only played half-way through 7, but the storyline didn't seem to stand out for me. In FF8 not only was the storyline was extremely in-depth, but the characters each had their own ditinct personalities, and you could connect with them very easily.

Lol dead, you bought / played all FF games? Crazy.. :P I love the music on FFX, but I heard FFVII music was much better..

And red, when you mean summons, do you mean Aeons?

Yes, Aeons are summons, but in FF8 they're called Guardian Forces (yeah it's lame, but it actually relates to the story).
