am i blind ? can't see the dragon

beside that theres to much tech in it and the white doesn't fit to the starry bg, make it overlay or lower the opacy that should help

I see it, but the composition of the piece as a whole is way too complex, and tech with fantasy? lol.

the tech lines are WAY too opaque, usually tech lines look alot nicer when they're just a little visible, just enough to give the viewer the idea of the tech brush (or tech object... w/e). oh and i wond like that font much, dunno why. might want to lower the stoke opacity a little.

and the bg looks cool, and i can barley see the dragon, nice idea, just could use some work!

i still dont like the tech lines, have you tried lowering the opacity. and i still dont like the text, the bg and the dragon looks nicer, have you tried making the dragon out of dots? so its like a constilation?

Eh... the piece is kinda sketchy. It dosent really match the theme either. Tech in space?

Soften up the tech lines a little, and mess with the opacity and blending options. The backgruond could be a little more contrasted also, but there's not a whole lot possible with that.
