kind of a really odd size for a signature, try working with more simple sizes (150x400 for example). doesnt look too bad, but the motion blur over the map of holland just doesnt look good to me, kind of leaves the sig unbalenced, like everything is on the right and theres nothing on the left. also, the text needs a littl work, like that gradient, just too dramatic for my taste. try going a little more monotone for something like that. even though i know thats the dutch flag, just seems too extreme for me. also, go in the resource section and go look for some brushes.
