This greates a great effect in just a few steps!

Step 1

Create a new image and set default colors by pressing D. Render Clouds. Go into the mezzotint filter and use the above settings.

Step 2

Go into the radial blur filter and use the above settings.

Step 3

Press CTRL+U and colorize your images, I used the above settings.

Final Product

xChilenO can i borow the psd file or yr sig and edit it plz? (both of them) and ill put a mark sayin u made them on the bottom (visible)
