First of try typing "bullentuin" or "bullentin", "Bulletin"
I cant see why anybody would bother to do is free. Do you/your friend offer a payment? if yes then this should be in business transactions, if no, good luck finding someone.

Well, if by any chance you are converting from an IPB forum to vB - I can confirm that vB's import script works for doing this now.  At least for the most part.
