Its been a while! Vexels and stuff!!

Hello all,

I'm sure no one here remembers me.. but Its been a while since I last posted (2-3 years I believe) But studies are finally over, and I have finally had some time to mess about with some graphics work which I have sorely missed :(
So im back, and I give you vexels and Vectors!

First one is pretty well done, although the second has far too much sharp edges, would be cooler if you add lights :)

What do you mean by 'sharp' edges out of curiosity? Some of the reflections (when looking at cars in the real world) are naturally quite sharp, but if you could explain further, that would be much appreciated :) .. Ah yes and I plan to add the lights soon enough :p

around the bumper, windows etc, if you give me permission i could draw circles around the areas and then upload it to show you? :)

Go ahead, I wouldnt mind at all, just leave the wee logo in place if you dont mind ;)

yeah, its a Vexel - which is a mix of the pentool and the paintbrush, so I used the pentool to either create the shapes themselves, or used it to make the outlines of the shapes and then use the select tool to create a boundary for where I would using my mouse to colour in.. you can see this particularly on the Rims, as I still believe that this is the hardest part to do accurately. :cool:

I'm working on a new vexel also, crap loads of detail.

Yeah, I found the gradients to be too restrictive and had to hand paint to achieve certain effects.

Ooh, any previews? :p is it a vehicle of some sort?
