I saw it yesterday, it is brilliant. One of the best bond films I have ever seen. They have gotten rid of the stupid gadgets and "invisible cars" and made it a much more raw and gritty kind of film. You actually see bond get beaten up and cut to bits (and another very painful experience, but I wont ruin the surprise). Whereas in say...Tommorow Never Dies, he would get blown up, but his hair would be perfectly fine and he would be 100% healthy.

Basically they have made it a much more serious film than the others.

and. There is more talking and less fighting, which is actually good. And i like the fact it starts from scratch and builds up well, but complicatedly. The plot is really really good.

The sony Ericsson advertising is shameful, however.

yeah, Bond films are notorious for not-so-subtle product placement... that scene in the train where that hot accountants like, "is that a rolex?" and he goes "no, its omega!". rolex got pwned. but hey, who gives a toss it was an awesome movie.

*cough* Ford *cough*. Bond would never drive a Ford. Never. Ever. !!!!! '64 Aston Martin DBS is sexy, though. Sexier than Eva Green, who is incredibly sexy.

Chaaa. Is that a DB5? The guy geniunely looked upset when he lost that poker game to Bond and lost the car. I'd change the script and win, shoot him in the chest and drive off

I heard it was pretty much a copy of the first Bond movie? Haven't seen it, so I can't tell.

But this guy doesn't look like a Bond to me. Pierce Brosnan had a better look (the best IMO). This guy didn't even dye his hair black. :P

Buuuut, I guess I'll download it. Lol.

He's way better. He's a lot tougher and so much more charming than Pierce Brosnan.
