yeah, maybe add some red in there. i still like it though. you should add some shading to the dude, make it a little darker on the right, so it matches what's going on on the bg. and then make the bg brighter on the left, so it matches the dude.

and the cutout isn't cut out too well on the right side, you can see some white around the edges.
