Sry for the late reply guys, i was out playing hockey on the pond outside my house all afternoon, and yesterday..i dunno.

Hang on ill find the settings for ya..

I used:
Exposer: -1
ISO - 100

I guess the combination of the two things gave me this:
1/138.4 sec - F/4.6 which I'm almost positive is the shutter speed even though i can't pick exact amounts of time.
