I agree there, I went a little bit over what I wanted to on the Topaz, but it did look better than without, the original was a bit flat and I wanted to create a more 'painted' effect - I wasn't sure how to achieve that other than with the Topaz tool. Would very much appreciate tips on making something look painted!

and text. remove or lower the drop shadow effect

Compleltly agree. you have some nice depth going, and the butterflies are okay, but the text is killing it.
Change it up and get rid of the blending options and it's be solid.
