Well.
first Dont ever use filter gallery. there arent any good effects there to use.
I think you over sharpened some places there.
plus, text need some work.
I dont know about stock/render, If I didnt know what is it, I woulnd understand.
I suggest you to see some tutorials out here

dont ever use filters? What about sharpen and blur. ANd what about gaussian blur. Hell diffuse isnt too bad either.
I would say use it sparingly.

IMO thwe BG is oversharpened and a bit bland. Render is in a good spot compo wise. You have soe decent depth going but would like to see some more effects.
The inflames text is a bit harsh. Would have liked to see a different color. Something not as pur. Like a grayish color or something.

Overall not bad, but needs work.

Drenched in fear is great.
