lol can you explain two things: what's monotoned and emphasized

mono means single...toned is like a color acquired from something or w.e like that tone of blue. so if something is monotone it means it has one color. and thats a bad thing : <, sometimes.

emphasize means to expand upon directly. so those effects should really be added more details and effects and make it even more cool.
