I do not have the tut, I searched through a wide variety of pages on deviantart...I think and I'm not going to search through it for proof, it's not a big deal really.

Tell me what tut could get out those line effects on his shoulders? Its not a big deal, but just like any other GFXer, I pride myself in my work. When I say I didn't follow a tut, I didn't follow. Like fuck I look at them anymore unless if the result is eye-catching.

I didn't follow a sig tutorial.

My sig making skills compare to people that are good is pretty much middle ranged DR8, but thanks for the vote of confidence

When you go to DeviantArt, search "Tutorial" and come back with 241,000 results, there is bound to be one tutorial that has similar looking outcomes to any signature image anyone creates. There are Millions of tutorials out there on the internet and there is always a chance that two people will produce signature images that look similar.

If Takken said he didn't use a tutorial, then he didn't use a tutorial. Besides, everyone uses a tutorial at some point, so it's not like using a tutorial is an original idea.

Nice Lighting and clipping masks. It does have a look that seems a bit mythical.
I do think it's a bit empty on the left and the edges could be darkened to draw focus into the center, but it's still a very good sig.
