Okay, so I wanted to make my own layout for my page , I think I could make it in Photoshop, but I need to know how to:
Green is fixed and red is evil.

• Make the buttons actually link to something
  
• Use it as my layout (Im using blogger, if I can work all this stuff out I will buy my domain)
  
• Everything that is related to this and what I need to know.
  
• Do I have to edit my HTML everytime I put a new post on?
  
• Is this possible?
  
• How to give my text/posts an exact position? Without it moving when zooming in/out.
  
• When you click on 'Posts' where can I link to?I dont know how to create something like www.justphotoshopping.com/archive.html.... I hope you understand what I mean xD
  
  
  
  This the 'Home' page, and a very similar one for the 'Posts' page. I'm not sure if I can edit About me..
  And if it is possible, please help me with making it since I'm an enormous noob.
  

I would like a few tutorials, anything helps.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT, ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.

If I cant come anywhere, I might hire someone to do it for me.
