Thanks. I was trying to follow Pet's idea of paragraph and series. I couldn't exactly make them a paragraphy because then it wouldn't have come out the way I wanted it so I decided to make them a series like in between thing. It still didn't come out the way I wanted but I like this one more as well

It is a little better, but still all over the place. It looked better with dark letters on white, then this, easier for the eyes, and I don't get the squares, and the centre one has a weird effect on the edge of the bottom and sides.

What do you mean by all over the place? And yeah, I see. I think thats the result of oversharpening. If you look at the sqaures, then the ones in the middle, you'll see that it is different than others. That is used to represent isolation. its not random.

by all over the place, he means that your fonts are scattered all over rather than in some uniform manner. and those squares doesnt show isolation..... you cant be isolated in the middle of a group... If you want to show isolation, you can move the square out of the group to some corner. that will be better representation of isolation.
Now if you had to explain so much about your piece, you know how it is.

I see. I guess a corner would have been better. I was looking at it from the perspective that you feel the world is all around you but you can't interact with it. I'll do less fonts next time. Already got an idea for another piece.
What do you mean by your last statement?

when you do a graphic work, you replace your ideas with images. You explain what you feel, what you want, what you think through images in your graphic work.
But if you do a graphic image to explain your thoughts and still have to explain that through words, its definitely not a good work. And typography is the worst nightmare of a graphic designer.

I understand you perfectly. I often read that Typography is the heart of graphic design. I hope with my next typography piece the message is more easily read
