As for the manip.
I think the birds are not really well cutted.
You blurred the birds too much IMO and now they look lq.
You need to give the Birds some sharpeness....and you need to blur the BG some

That doesnt show a rip. Just shows he followed a tutorial. Because in your picture the bird to the bottomleft beak is under that waterfall. In his the bottom bird is over the waterfall. I dont get what you are trying to point out here thijs.
