well the BG pic link is in the tut, but i admit I had to seize it down to make it fit lol.
here it is again, now u only have to klick it u lazy sods!!

gradient maps and brushes used are just regular photoshop tools. (CS3) they come with the program.

unless you are totally new with PS i take it that people know how to make a splatter and what is ment by a hard/soft round brush... ?? if not i will be glad to explain..

OMFG I LUV THIS!!!

lol, I changed a few things to suit my own style but I totally love your effect bg and the way you coloured things up

I did as you suggested an kept the text out xD My sigs are too small tbh >.< maybe I will upgrade to a little bigger so text doesn't seem so hard to fit in.
