    A Combo of the Lasso/Pen Tool. I don't know about all the terminology what It comes to making vectors, but since I used the Pen tool i thought i was a vector. Still improving on my pen tooling.

    Yeah needs shading, lines are pretty bad, although you got the shaope right

    basically if it's a raster based image then it's a vexel, most of your basic photoshop and similar programs use raster images. vectors generally come from programs like illustrator, although you can technically make them in photoshop as well.

    anyway, definitely try to use the pentool exclusively. stick to round circle brushes when making the stroke.
