I already sharpened the render quite a bit, I'm afraid that over-sharpening it would decrease quality. Also, the depth is pretty much set. I've already drastically edited blur and lighting from the original image.

also if you want to get the same effect he got for final image, you're going to need topaz.

Thanks, where do I find those settings again? I've been photoshopping for years and never heard of that. Is it in photoshop or a separate program.

Looks like acid eating through the metal, kind of.

You have spots that are shining on the render, but there's no light source, so it looks a little awkward.
The effects on the car are really neat, kiu I say ^^
